Job Description & Requirements
- Handle phone / sms enquiries and tracking of appointments
- Confirm , schedule and / or cancellation of appointments for both internal and external patient (SM & Tracking goggle sheet)
- Follow up call / sms
- Receiving and Greeting patients upon arriving , confirming the right treatment and registering patients
- Data entry of patient personal information in system
- Maintain cleanliness of clinic and front desk
- Process payments using different payment mode
