Customer Care & Call Centre Specialist

SIXT, part of Giltrap Group, is seeking a Customer Care Agent & Call Centre Specialist in Auckland. You will handle a high volume of calls, follow scripts, assess customer needs, and provide solutions while building strong relationships.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and meticulous record-keeping. You will work on a rotating roster including weekends and contribute to a supportive care program and ongoing training.
