Customer Care Agent — Inbound & Outbound Support

Milan Institute-Nampa is seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to join our team in Switzerland, Wallis, Fully. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent service.

This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a call center or customer service is preferred.
