We are looking to strengthen our team of Customer Care Advisors in Sharjah . As a Customer Care Advisor, you are the first line of support to deal with all customer's questions or requests in a speedy and qualitative manner.
Your responsibilities:
You are the primary contact for customers for all current affairs: offers, back orders, questions about invoices, complaints.
You observe customer challenges and are solution driven.
You collaborate and communicate constructively with all departments within TVH and stimulate colleagues from other departments to work together on a high customer satisfaction.
You signal and report about bottlenecks within the assigned processes.
You register and administrate client information, documentation, complaints and signals in the relevant systems in order to have an accurate and complete insight in status of clients.
