Customer and Sales Officer

The Customer and Sales Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi , responsible for delivering exceptional service to individual and corporate clients at HBS Privé Vaults’ branches. This role includes welcoming and assisting clients, explaining vault services and safe deposit box options, guiding customers through account setup and access procedures, and ensuring a seamless in-person experience that reflects the company’s security and confidentiality standards. The officer will manage sales inquiries, support lead generation activities, follow up on prospects, and contribute to channel sales initiatives in coordination with partners and referral networks.
