About the Role

Reporting directly to the Head Customer and Distribution Manager SEA, you will drive Swiss Re Corporate Solutions’ strategy with distribution partners and key customers.


The primary responsibilities of the role are:


Distribution Management


Strategy & Planning

  • Align with brokers on local strategic priorities

  • Execute go-to-market plans with managed brokers to achieve top and bottom line goals

  • Understand brokers' country and regional strategies and communicate insights internally

  • Implement local and regional distribution campaigns

    • Engagement & Execution

  • Define and manage regular engagement models (., quarterly reviews)

  • Build and manage deal pipelines in coordination with underwriters

  • Support portfolio priorities (OBR) with managed brokers

  • Analyze broker performance data to identify opportunitie...
