Customer and Broker Experience Project Manager

Hello… an exciting new opportunity has become available in our Business Enablement  Division. We are looking to recruit a Project Manager.

Job Purpose:

• The Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering customer and broker experience projects across the organisation.


• The role focuses on improving overall experience by implementing initiatives, increasing customer insight through measurement platforms (e.g., surveys and analysis), and embedding a customer-first (C1st) culture.


• It also drives the identification and resolution of pain points through journey mapping, remediation tracking, and collaboration with business stakeholders.
