Job Overview
Customer Advisor Supplementary Benefits (Additional Benefits) – 80% to 100% of a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Calculate and manage supplementary benefits for clients, taking into account applicable legislation.
- Maintain an overview of demanding files and apply correct procedures when changes occur.
- Act with empathy and communicate findings clearly, as calculations have a direct impact on clients.
- Handle complex legal questions and seek clarification from the legal department when necessary.
- Co‑operate with external bodies such as municipalities, district courts, and bankruptcy offices.
Qualifications
- Commercial apprenticeship (E or M profile) or a qualified commercial further education with a commercial diploma.
- Professional certificate in social insurance is an advantage; willingness to obtain one is desirable.
