Custom Software Engineer

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Build two-way integrations between Salesforce and Oracle Fusion systems (e.G., syncing customer data, orders, invoices, and employee records).- Develop integrations using MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or custom REST/SOAP APIs.- Define and maintain data mappings, error handling, retry mechanisms, and security configurations for integration endpoints.- Implement secure authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, Named Credentials, and Basic Auth.- Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support sales, service, and customer success workflows.- Develop Salesforce components: Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch/Queueable/Scheduled Jobs, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and automation tools.- Manage Omni-Channel, Live Agent, Email-to-Case, and Case Management processes in Salesforce.- Work with Oracle Fusion ERP modules such as Financials, Proc...
