The Role: We are looking for a Custom Jewelry Production Assistant to support the custom production team through organization, coordination, and execution of daily operations. This is a hands-on role inside a serious production environment - ideal for someone who understands the pace, pressure, and attention to detail required in the jewelry industry.

Role Responsibilities:

• Track and manage custom jewelry pieces throughout the full production process from start to finish
• Handle production paperwork, job tracking, and organization of daily workflows
