Custom Compliance Officer

Role Summary

The Malaysia Customs & Trade Compliance Expert is responsible for overseeing all customs and foreign trade compliance activities for Stellantis operations in Malaysia, supporting both the Gurun Manufacturing Plant and Distribution Hub. The role ensures adherence to customs regulations, accurate trade documentation, proper duty and tax handling, and efficient cross‑border movement of goods. It also supports audit readiness, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement in customs and trade processes.

A. Customs & Foreign Trade Operations

• Oversee all import and export declaration activities for both the Manufacturing Plant and Distribution Hub.
• Review and validate all key trade and customs documents to ensure accuracy and compliance, including Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists, HS Codes, Customs declaration forms such as K1, K2, and K8, COO / FTA documentation, including Form E, ATIGA, RCEP, AANZFT...
