Custom Clearance Spec

- **Job Purpose**:
Responsible for collating all the information needed to complete the clearance, ensuring all information added is correct and accurate, following release and exemption procedures
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and follow up custom duty documentation requirements, such as permissions and exemptions,
- Prepare documents and all required requirements for ministry of interior/industry
- Follow up with customs of the refunds of duties
- Follow up all documents in relation to customs clearance
- Communicate with concerned departments regarding the shipment
- Prepare declaration form, invoices and other documents and prepare an import file
- Review the invoice, seal and indicate the import file number
- Complete the documentation of shipment release from both airport and port
- Prepare the import cost table and difference report for approved suppliers
