Responsible for preparing and submitting Importer Security Filings (ISF 10+2) to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely filing prior to vessel departure.

Key Responsibilitie

• Prepare and submit ISF 10+2 filings in accordance with CBP regulations
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of required shipment data
• Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely filings and amendments
• Communicate with clients, carriers, steamship lines, and internal teams regarding ISF requirements and status updates
• Identify and elevate compliance risks, missing information, or filing issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of ISF filings

Qualification

• 6 months of experience in logistics, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or import/export operations
