Custom Broker Intern

Job Description:

• Assist in preparing shipment invoices under the guidance of senior staff.
• Learn the process of issuing invoices and debit notes (DN).
• Support the release of invoices to shippers (TOD/Cash customers) with supervision.
• Help in issuing final invoices to the network once confirmation is received.
• Observe and assist in obtaining receipt vouchers from finance/cashier for cash customer invoices.
• Assist in releasing documents to shippers, consignees, or their assigned brokers.
• Learn how to provide e-facture to customers.
• Support invoice and document setting, and submission to the document server.
• Assist in preparing CN application forms when necessary
