Description
The part time custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of a building and the surrounding grounds. The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition where our youth can thrive in a healthy environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Remove garbage/trash/recyclables from the building daily and place in parking lot dumpsters.
+ Stock all paper (toilet paper, hand towels) and soap (dispenser products) throughout the building as needed.
+ Clean and sanitize all bathroom toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
+ Vacuuming/shampooing all carpeted areas.
+ Mop/buff all tiled areas.
+ Clean all windows.
+ Clean air filters and vents.
+ Maintain the necessary cleaning inventory and keep all supply closets neat and orderly.
