Custodian

**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** You will ensure the cleanliness of assigned facilities to ensure the safety, health and high morale of guests and associates with minimal interference to others. You will report to Facilities and Maintenance Management.

**Primary Tasks:**
1. You will perform responsibilities including vacuuming, mopping, window washing, restroom cleaning, trash removal, polishing of metal work, and office cleaning.
2. Follow approved cleaning practices with proper chemicals within SDS guidelines.
3. Stock housekeeping supplies when delivered, keep closets stocked and organized.
4. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment.
