PRINCIPAL DUTIES

Under the direction of the Building Engineer perform the following duties:

Assume responsibility for the building in the absence of the engineer

Take down flag and take care of school no parking signs

General cleaning such as sweeping, emptying of waste receptacles, cleaning toilet facilities, filling dispensers, cleaning of carpets and blinds

Clean light fixtures and replace bulbs

Do yard work, such as grass mowing, weeding, trimming, and general clean up

Keep walks and entries clear of ice and snow
