Custodial Services Delivery Leader

Department of Corrections NZ is seeking a Custodial Services Delivery Manager to provide visible leadership across SHCF, oversee multiple operational areas, and drive high performance through staff development and engagement.

You will initially be assigned one key area, with flexibility to work across roles, apply strong governance, risk and compliance knowledge, and champion te ao Māori within a values-led organisation.
