This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the delivery of English, Mathematics and Skills at campus level, while also taking on cross-college responsibility for a subject area aligned to your specialist expertise. The Curriculum Area Manager – Skills will lead, motivate and support staff to deliver high-quality provision across GCSE, Essential Skills, Advanced Learning and the Advanced Skills Baccalaureate, ensuring learners are placed on the right qualification pathway and receive an inclusive, engaging and supportive learning experience.

The successful candidate will be expected to drive improvements in teaching, learning, assessment, attendance, attainment and progression, using learner data and quality assurance processes to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
