Culture and Leadership Partner

As our highly valued Culture and Leadership Partner based in Brisbane or Sydney, you'll partner with leaders across the Bank to deliver culture, leadership and employee experience initiatives that strengthen organisational performance and create an inclusive workplace. Reporting to the Senior Manager Culture and Leadership, you'll support our purpose of helping every Australian own their own home by enabling our people and leaders to thrive. This role requires a willingness to travel interstate on a semi-regular basis to support leaders and teams across the Bank.
