Culture and Engagement Lead

About the Role

The Culture and Engagement Lead, Employee Experience is a key role within the Manila site, reporting to the Site Director. This person serves as a culture champion and operational partner—designing and delivering end-to-end programs in employee engagement, events, social impact, and culture‑building that reflect Remitly’s mission and values. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as stakeholders include senior leaders across the site and global functions.
