Cultivation Technician

JOB SUMMARY The Cultivation Technician is responsible for maintain the health and vitality of cannabis plants during the Flowering and Harvest stages.
This hands-on role supports optimal plant development through the monitoring of plant health, implementation of canopy management techniques and the execution of harvest procedures in alignment with company protocols and compliance standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Plant Health Maintainenance: Monitor cannabis plants during the flowering stage to support optimal bud development, plant vitality, and overall crop quality.Canopy Management: Perform defoliation, pruning, trellising, and staking techniques to optimize light penetration, airflow, and bud quality throughout the flowering cycle.Harvest Execution: Assist with the timely and efficient harvesting of mature plants while following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to preserve product quality and consistency.
