Role Summary The Cultivation Technician (Flower) executes hands-on work inside flowering rooms from flip through harvest.

The role follows SOPs for canopy work (trellising, defoliation, pruning), irrigation/fertigation tasks, environmental monitoring, IPM scouting, data collection, and harvest readiness support.

This technician helps ensure high-quality, compliant flower is delivered to Post-Harvest on schedule while meeting Calypso’s safety, biosecurity, and quality standards.
