Culinary Product Development Lead

Café Coffee Day's menu consists of different cuisines. The job responsibility of this role is to keep a track of global and local food trends, create new food products and implement best practises in the industry.

Responsibilities

• New Product Development: Create new food products based on global trends
• Competition Review: Competitor tracking for products, best practises
• Product library: Trials and recipe documentation of food
• Product Costing: Costing and margin analysis of new products
• SOP and Training Content: Content creation for training of new products
• Training: Train the trainer programmes and staff training for new products
• Vendor Management: Work with external vendors and suppliers to source ingredients-breads, desserts, gravies, sauces, fillings, seasonings for new product development
