Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise food preparation for diverse menus
• Ensure timely service and quality presentation
• Maintain rotation and freshness of products
• Collaborate with Sous Chefs in menu creation
• Assign and oversee daily kitchen tasks
Requirements:
• 6+ years in culinary roles with diverse experience
• At least 1 year as Chef de Partie
• Required Alberta Food Handler Certification
• Journeyperson Red Seal certification or equivalent
