Elevate your culinary career as a Culinary Leader in Dexterra Group's Horizon North camp. This role features a balanced 20 days on, 10 days off work schedule focused on extraordinary meal delivery and kitchen management.
As a key culinary figure, you will direct kitchen operations while creating diverse menus and mentoring staff. Your expertise in both traditional and contemporary cuisines will shine as you adhere to safety regulations and efficiently manage resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and present high-quality rotational meal menus
• Train kitchen staff to meet safety and quality standards
• Implement HACCP and FOODSAFE procedures rigorously
• Manage inventory and resource allocation
• Foster positive guest interactions during meal service
Requirements:
• Journeyperson or equivalent Red Seal Certification
• Minimum 7 years in food service or hospitality
