FINANCIAL RETURNS
- Assist Executive Sous Chef in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans.
- Assist Executive Sous Chef to prepare statistical performance and forecast analyses and reports as required.
- Keep track report and control on the running costs of the department.
- Act as custodian of office equipment and supplies.
PEOPLE
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with brand standards service behaviors and governmental regulations.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
