The International Hotel School Durban Campus is looking for a Chef Lecturer to join our academic team.

The purpose of the role is to teach and share your passion for the culinary industry with eager young students, helping them grow individually, and ultimately playing a role in their career paths and success in life.

We need a person who is patient, understanding, helpful and calm. You should have a genuine appreciation for the new generation and what they are contributing to the workplace. You should have an engaging personality, be naturally supportive, instill positivity, and be mature enough to give sound advice.
