CTY Talent Acquisition Specialist (Center for Talented Youth) - #Staff

We are seeking a **_CTY_** **_Talent Acquisition Specialist_** (TAS) who will perform and manage the full life cycle recruiting process for various departments, schools, and academic centers across Johns Hopkins University (JHU). The CTY Talent Acquisition Specialist will leverage organizational acumen and influencing skills to partner, advise and collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders. The CTY Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide consultation and guidance in planning, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding the right talent to position JHU for success in meeting its short and long-term goals.
