SPE-  2 years to 4 years (relevant exp min 1.5 years in payroll end to end processing)- max comp: 6.2LPA

SME-  3 years to 6 years (relevant exp min 3.5 years in payroll end to end processing)-max comp: 9LPAL

TL:  6 to 10 years ( 6 years relevant exp in payroll end to end processing+ Team Managing experience): max12 LPA
