Employer Description This company repairs and refurbishes mechanical equipment Job Description Your responsibilities will be the following: Carrying out inspection and testing work to industry specifications, whether on site or in workshops Completing necessary paperwork in line with set procedures and industry specifications Assisting with repairs and servicing of lifting equipment where required Adhering to regulations surrounding health and safety, quality, and environmental protection Trav elling between different sites and workshops to w ork on common bits of construction kit Qualifications Matric LMI Certificate Trade Tested Rigger Certificate ECSA Registered beneficial Skills Minimum 3 to 6 years within a similar position Experience working with General lifting accessories (including chain slings, webbing slings, and wire rope slings) Exposure to Bespoke lifting and handling equipment Excellent knowledge of health and safety requirements In-depth understanding of general enginee...
