Classroom Instruction and Student Management
Assess student abilities as related to desired educational goals, objectives, and outcomes and provide instruction to grow student abilities Maintain appropriate assessment and evaluation documentation for institutional and individual reporting purposes Plan appropriate instructional/learning strategies and activities including determination of appropriate level of materials Implement an instructional program which provides appropriate learning experiences, considering different learning styles and a range of learning curves Assist and participate in the management of student behavior in instructional settings, including school grounds, centers, and work sites, to ensure environment is conducive to the learning process; intervene to control and modify disruptive behavior, reporting to appropriate administrator Utilize a...
