About The Role
- Ensure CSR manage customer orders, invoices, complaints, product and price requests in a professional and effective manner.
- Ensure CSR have a proactive approach to sales not yet received and informing customers of new products, promotions, etc.
- Ensure CSR handle special requests, priority deliveries and other predefined services according to Service Menu.
- Ensure proactive communication to sales force about ideas, concerns, feedback from customers.
- Support Central planning Team concerning stocking policy, including maintenance of consignment/MTL agreements, forecast coordination, and performance of FG inventory.
- Support S&OP process with cooperation with Demand managers and Central Planning Team.
- Ensure a proper maintenance of master date and all data relating OTC in SAP in MDG and CRM.
