Who Thrives Here:
- Strong verbal communication for professional client interactions
- Customer service background in financial services or non-life insurance preferred
- Experience with Auto Loan, Property Loan or Life Insurance is also preferred
- Detail-oriented in handling policy inquiries
- College graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience OR 2nd year undergraduate with at least 18 months BPO experience and 1 year insurance background
