• Manage customer sample requests via approved channels (e.g., SFDC), ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Create, validate, and maintain sample orders and invoice‑related data in SAP/ERP systems.
• Liaise with Sales, requestors, and customers to clarify requirements, lead times, order status, and invoicing matters.
• Coordinate with Planning, Logistics, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant and timely sample preparation and delivery.
