About the Role

We are looking for a C&S (Credit and Surety) Outsourcing Expert to join our C&S Operations team in Madrid, reporting to the Global Head of C&S Operations. In this role, you will oversee the outsourced Credit Control (Technical Accounting) activities within the Credit line of business and ensure that our external service provider delivers high‑quality services in line with agreed SLAs, controls, and business expectations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, act as a key point of contact for all credit control related matters, and play an important role in strengthening processes, enhancing service delivery, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a globally connected organization.

The role includes close collaboration with our external service provider, particularly with the operational team based in Bucharest.
