Crypto & Web3 Legal Counsel (9-Month Contract)

HKDAG (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Legal Counsel to ensure compliance and support legal affairs in the rapidly evolving digital assets space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain regulations and possess the ability to convey complex legal concepts to various stakeholders.

This role entails assisting in negotiations, drafting legal documents, and liaising with regulatory authorities. The position is initially contractual for 9 months with the possibility of conversion to full-time.
