As payout volumes and cross-border complexity increase, we are building a compliance-first crypto treasury lane for stablecoin workflows, partner rails, and auditable operations.
About the role
You will own the operating model for stablecoin-first payouts and related treasury movement: vendor selection, daily operations, controls, reconciliation discipline, and clear handoffs to Finance. You are expected to train team leads so execution stays consistent without heroics.
What you will do
- Design and run stablecoin payout operations (e.g., USDC/USDT where applicable), including monitoring, limits, approvals, and exception handling.
- Manage relationships with exchanges, OTC desks, custodians, and on/off-ramp partners; negotiate commercials and SLAs.
