Crypto Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor real‑time player activity, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay patterns for suspicious or anomalous behaviour.
• Identify potential abuse scenarios including multi‑accounting, bonus abuse, chargeback fraud, collusion, and botting.
• Conduct detailed investigations using internal tools, blockchain explorers, and third‑party analytics platforms (e.g., Chainalysis).
• Escalate confirmed or high‑risk incidents to relevant stakeholders with detailed evidence packages.
• Monitor player behaviours for indicators of problem gambling, including rapid loss patterns, erratic play, sudden spikes in transactions, or self‑exclusion attempts.
• Apply internal responsible gaming policies and regulatory frameworks related to crypto gaming jurisdictions.
• Engage directly with players when necessary to implement cooling‑off periods, limits, or interventions.
