In this role you will:
Lead technology operations support for the Crypto Security Platform, resolving complex technical challenges to ensure platform security and resilience.Serve as a Level 3 escalation point, troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to the Crypto Security Platform.Create and maintain technical documentation, including self-service libraries, best practices, configuration runbooks, playbooks, and incident/problem management guides.Support operational activities such as change request creation, server patching, software currency upgrades, regression testing, and Disaster Backup & Recovery (DBR) testing.Lead implementations across production and non-production environments by developing implementation checklists and executing hands-on systems integration for Crypto Platforms, including HSM devices.Demonstrate personal accountability for assigned projects, initi...
