Crypto Lending Growth & Campaigns Lead

Bybit Limited is seeking a seasoned Growth & Marketing Operations lead to own end-to-end loan campaigns (Crypto/UAT/INS) and manage collateral listing/delisting with Risk. You will define strategies, monitor metrics, and ship changes with a small cross-functional team.

You will collaborate with Risk, Treasury, Product, Compliance, and Legal to calibrate LTV, haircuts, borrow caps, and liquidity. Fluency in English and Mandarin is expected, with a strong data and tooling skill set.
