Crypto KOL & Affiliate Growth Lead

Toobit is seeking a Business Development Manager/Leader in the Dubai region to build and manage relationships with affiliates, KOLs, and trading partners. You will drive high-quality traffic, execute campaigns, and help grow Toobit's regional user base.

Responsibilities include recruiting affiliates, developing incentive plans, coordinating local promotions, and tracking ROI of marketing channels to maximise performance. Strong English communication and relationship skills are essential.
