Crushing Superintendent

Being a Crushing Superintendent at Dubé means being the primary person responsible for the project at the Agnico Eagle Mine Detour Lake site, overseeing all aspects of project management related to operations, workforce, and the crushing plant. It also means building strong relationships based on trust and collaboration with management, superintendents, foremen, the on-site team, and of course, the client. It means being part of a high-performing and motivated team while contributing to a truly exceptional work environment.
