Salary:

• CP2: $5,593.60 to $6,926.96 bi-weekly ($145,992 to $180,793/year)
• CP3: $7,450.08 to $8,260.75 bi-weekly ($194,447 to $215,605/year)

Responsibilities

• Defend Charter applications arising in regulatory and traffic-related prosecutions.
• Conduct select summary conviction appeals, including appeals focused on clarification and consistent application of the law.
• Provide litigation support and legal guidance to prosecutors.
