Crowd Control Specialist, Resort Entertainment, Part Time (Less than 23 hours/week)

JOB DESCRIPTION Under the direction of the Supervisor, Entertainment, the Crowd Control Specialist assists with ensuring the safety, security, set up and teardown of entertainment venues. Work with Public Safety to report potential issues and manage dress code policy while providing an exceptional guest experience. Under no circumstances will physical force be used in this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensuresguest safety through observing and surveying the crowd at all times. Patrols entertainment venues to preserve order among guests and protect assets. Promotes positive public relations and strives to create an enjoyable atmosphere for all guests. Responds to requests for assistance and information in a helpful and courteous manner.
2. Monitors dress code and checking guests identification to ensure they are age appropriate. Screens guests with metal detectors and conducts guests bag checks.
3. Promotes and issues the Players Club card.
