CRO Specialist

eednix is looking for a CRO Specialist who can help eCommerce and D2C brands improve website conversion rates and customer experience. Responsibilities: • Conduct CRO audits for Shopify websites • Analyze user behavior using Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and GA4 • Identify conversion bottlenecks across Homepage, Collection Pages, PDPs, Cart, and Checkout • Create actionable CRO recommendations • Collaborate with performance marketing and design teams • Track and report conversion improvements Requirements: • Experience with Shopify websites • Understanding of UX/UI and customer journey optimization • Knowledge of GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and A/B testing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to create clear CRO audit reports Preferred Experience: • D2C / Fashion / Lifestyle brands • Experience working with Meta Ads traffic • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Google Analytics, and Shopify apps Remote Full-Time / Freelance (depending on experience) If you're p...
