CRNA & Anesthesiologist Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to recruit CRNAs and Anesthesiologists for PRN, locums, and full-time roles in the UAE. You will build pipelines, engage SRNA programs, universities, faculty and students, and represent the company at conferences and career fairs.

The role requires 2–5 years in TA, strong sourcing and relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
