CRM Systems & Digital Specialist

Kennedys is looking for aCRM Systems & Digital Specialist to join our globalCRM Systems & Data teamwithin Business Development, based in the US. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across our global BD,IT Applications and Training teams, to support the ongoing development of our CRM system (InterAction), improve data quality andsupport digital marketing activity and drive user adoption across the firm.

Kennedys' Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) is over 70-strong and focusses on promoting Kennedys' services and supports the Firm's global growth ambition and our key clients and markets. There are four distinct functions: Pursuits, Clients and Markets, Marketing & Communications and Marketing Technology & Data, where this role sits.
