Salary Range: 76CAD/hr INC



Introduction

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of SAP CRM solutions for utility customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP CRM Utilities, customer interaction processes, SAP IS-U integrations, and multi-vendor program delivery. This role requires strong leadership in solution architecture, stakeholder management, testing, and production deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of SAP CRM for Utilities leadership experience


• Strong experience delivering SAP CRM implementations within the Utilities domain


• Lead SAP CRM for Utilities implementations covering Interaction Center, Move-In/Move-Out processes, Service Requests, Billing Inquiries and Complaints, Field Service Management
