CRM Functional Senior Analyst

Role Overview

As a MS Dynamics CRM Functional Senior Analyst, you will be client-facing and responsible for discovering, scoping, and collecting requirements to build and deploy solutions tailored to our customers. Your role involves solving problems through CRM expertise, acting as the liaison between Avanade clients, project teams, and the broader CRM community.

Responsibilities

• Consult and advise clients and internal stakeholders on the use of technology to solve business problems.
• Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for workstreams.
• Transform business requirements into application requirements, populate the requirements traceability matrix, and conduct fit/gap analysis.
• Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are understood.
• Prototype, configure, and test business processes.
